WOrk With Us.
-
We are proud to train students with true star quality and potential; many of our students are represented by top UK agents or selected for elite performing arts opportunities. Our students include multiple national award finalists and winners, West End performers, and more.
-
All group classes are limited to a maximum of 25 students, so our teachers can get to know every student as an individual. This is teaching that feels more like a rehearsal room than a crowded after-school club.
-
Rooms for our flagship Saturday training include a specialist dance studio with mirrors & barre, a specialist drama studio, and multiple teaching rooms with pianos and in-built speakers.
We provide teachers with an extensive physical and online library of scripts, scores and teaching material.
We pay competitive fees, reviewed annually, and we pay promptly - with your pay guaranteed, even if your students are absent or ill.
-
All teachers direct or choreograph at least one piece for our biennial London showcases, providing you with the opportunity to be part of a creative team and direct a number on a professional London stage. Previous venues have included the Marylebone Theatre and RADA Studio Theatre.
-
Our dynamic and friendly team of teachers are all currently or recently-active practitioners in professional theatre, so you'll be joining a team of experts in the field of performing arts. Our flagship Core Training on Saturdays is also supported by a brilliant pastoral team, leaving you to focus on what really matters: delivering quality teaching.
-
We run trips to the West End to see quality theatre at least once per term, with heavily discounted tickets for all staff.
